About

Our Mission

We exist to help you fulfill your God-given purpose. Many people climb Maslow's hierarchy of need; pursuing safety, belonging, esteem, and self-actualization, only to find themselves still unfulfilled. That's because they missed the foundation: God. True fulfillment comes when we align our lives with the calling He has placed on our hearts.

Our coaching blends pastoral wisdom with real-world expertise. Our coaches are gifted educators, entrepreneurs or HR professionals and we bring a unique perspective to guide you toward your God-given calling. The Problem

Most people don't set out to fail, but they still feel stuck.

They move through life feeling like something is missing.

  • Working jobs that don't fulfill them.
  • Living paycheck to paycheck
  • Very little time left over to spend time with family

Not because they lack desire...

But because they lack direction, structure and alignment.

Spiritual Pillar

Dear friends, this foundation we're building together is rooted in seeking first God's Kingdom (Matthew 6:33); trusting with all your heart that he restores what we thought was lost, what we feared was gone forever (Joel 2:25). When you cry out to him in the quiet moments, he listens with a Father's tender heart (Psalm 34:6). As we offer ourselves as living sacrifices, allowing our minds to be renewed in His truth, we discover the beautiful, purposeful life he has designed uniquely for each of us (Romans 12:1-2).

You see, everything, truly everything is a heart matter. I've watched so many dear souls focus on the financial pillar; chasing it for greed, forgetting that the love of money is the root of all evil (1 Timothy 6:10). They've gone astray, friends. Others place their trust in relationships above all else, in people instead of God, and become foolish; for some trust in chariots, some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God (Psalm 20:7). And then there are those who set out to achieve great heights, building empires of accomplishment, yet fail to realize that it can all crumble in an instant. They don't understand what it truly means to fear God.

But here's the beautiful truth I want to leave with you: the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). When we place Him first—above our ambitions, our possessions, our relationships—we find the true foundation that cannot be shaken. That's where real life begins.

Financial Pillar

We have to first understand that we don't own anything, but are simply God's stewards. As it says in Deuteronomy 8:18, it is God who gives us the power to gain wealth. We believe in tithing back to God, but it's important that it's a heart matter; not obligation, but love. Just as 2 Corinthians 9:10 reminds us, God supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, multiplying what we give. We teach you that God wants to bless us abundantly. He is Jehovah Jireh—our provider. When we open our hearts to give, as Luke 6:38 promises, we receive back pressed down, shaken together, and overflowing. And as Malachi 3:10 declares, when we bring our tithes, God opens the windows of heaven and pours out blessings we don't even have room to receive.

Relationship Pillar

In our relationships, we're guided by a simple yet profound truth: we seek to live peaceably with all people, as much as is within our control (Romans 12:18). This means approaching one another with genuine care and a listening heart. As James reminds us, we endeavor to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger (James 1:19); recognizing that wisdom often comes through patient understanding rather than hasty words.

When conflicts arise, as they naturally do in any community, we turn to Matthew 18 as our blueprint for restoration and accountability. This passage teaches us the gentle art of reconciliation: first addressing concerns privately, then with witnesses if needed, and finally with the broader community; always with the goal of healing rather than harm. It's a framework rooted in love and the desire to restore broken relationships.

Ultimately, our relationships are anchored in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), where we're called to go and make disciples, teaching others to observe all that Christ has commanded. This mission shapes how we treat one another; with grace, patience, and the understanding that we're all on a journey together, learning to love more deeply and live more faithfully. In this pillar, we're always on your side, walking alongside you with genuine care and commitment to your wellbeing.

Career Pillar

God has uniquely designed each of us with gifts, talents, and a calling that extends into our careers. As Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, He has plans to give you a hope and a future. We are his handiwork, created to do good works he prepared in advance for us (Ephesians 2:10). Whatever you do, do it with all your heart; not for man, but for the Lord (Colossians 3:23). When you sharpen your skills and walk in excellence, doors open before you (Proverbs 22:29). We walk alongside you with practical skill discoveries and learning to help you step boldly into the career God has ordained for you.

Our founders story

This didn't start with a system, it started with a shift in my own life. I grew up not fully understanding how much God loves me, and it showed in my interactions with people. I would be called nice and loyal, but beneath the surface I was very selfish; quick to judge, prone to gossip, and susceptible to bitterness. In the fall of 2020, God began to speak to my heart about becoming more compassionate in my dealings with people. I was working in HR at the time, and if someone missed work, my first thought was that they were simply being lazy. But over the next two and a half years, God shifted my perspective. I began to see people through His eyes; and as I helped others strive toward greater purposes, I found myself excited to be part of their transformative journey. I was becoming more kind, not just nice.

In February of 2023, God called me to move to Tampa, Florida and attend Charis Bible College. I delayed both. I was comfortable in Ohio, close to family, and growing in the Word on my own terms. I told myself I was too old for Bible college. But eventually I enrolled at Charis in the fall of 2023, and made the move to Tampa that following spring in April of 2024. I arrived without a job, but I had become a licensed real estate agent in Florida and trusted that God would work things out. Almost immediately after arriving, God made it clear; the real estate was for later. I needed to get a job. Amazingly, I landed a position that paid more than what I had earned in Ohio, and I still held the real estate license. Things were going well.

During my time there, I fully surrendered. I allowed God to remove everything in my life that didn't glorify Him and invited Him to become first; truly first; in every area. It was in that place of surrender that He began to deposit the vision for what you see here. These steps, this framework, this mission; they were purposed in my heart so that others wouldn't have to walk the same painful road to find their way back to Him.
