Shipping policy
Digital Services (Coaching & Mock Interviews):
No physical shipping required. Upon booking confirmation, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with session details
- Calendar invitation for your scheduled session
- Introduction call scheduled 3 days prior to your main session
Physical Products (Journals, Card Decks & Apparel):
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 5-7 business days - $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority): 2-3 business days - $7.99
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.
International Shipping: Not available at this time. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent to your email upon shipment.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lfcpsalm346@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
