Refund policy

SERVICES SECTION:

All service bookings include a complimentary 5-minute introduction call scheduled 3 days before your session. This brief call ensures we're the right fit and allows us to tailor your session to your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

Satisfaction: Because we pre-qualify every client with an introduction call, completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you have concerns after your session, contact us at Ryan@lifefulfillmentcenter.com and we'll review concerns on a case by case basis.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS SECTION:

Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.  Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items and provide photo documentation when applicable.
