Your Words Have Power. Use Them.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Every word you speak is a seed — it either builds up or tears down, brings light or casts shadow. As a man of God, you are called to be different. You are the salt of the earth. You are the light of the world.

"You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:13-14

That means your words matter in the boardroom, at the dinner table, in the locker room, and in conflict. Especially in conflict. Matthew 18 shows us the standard — go directly, speak truthfully, restore gently. No gossip. No slander. No tearing down. Just truth spoken in love.
